No, you need not worry about booking a room at Hyatt Regency Taoyuan International Airport (formerly Novotel Hotels and Resorts Taipei) because all bookings will be made through ATA. Just register (and pay) and we will take care of booking your preferred room (single or twin).
Check-in will be on August 11, Monday, at 3pm.
Yes, you may arrive earlier than the 11th and yes, you may stay at Hyatt Regency. But please book your room through ATA by indicating so in your registration form (when you submit your flight details) and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Check-out will be on August 15, Friday, at 11 am.
Yes, you may definitely extend your stay in Hyatt Regency after the GA. But as with arriving earlier, we request that all booking be made through ATA. Again, you may do so by indicating that in your registration form (when you submit your flight details).
Certainly! You may opt to stay elsewhere and pay only the registration fee.
For everyone booked in Hyatt Regency, breakfast is included in your hotel accommodation. After which, the meals included in the registration fee are dinner during the opening night (August 11), daily lunch, and snacks. Dinner will not be provided on Tuesday-Thursday nights as these evenings are allotted for networking and fellowship and so you are free to eat wherever you wish. There are several inexpensive places to eat in Taipei, so feel free to go and enjoy the evening!
Onsite registration will begin by 2pm on the 11th and the opening ceremony and dinner will be 6pm. Please plan your flight accordingly.
We will be arranging for an optional tour on the afternoon of August 15, Friday.
We highly recommend that you have your currency changed at the Taoyuan Airport as only banks offer forex services outside the airport.
