FAQs for the GA

When does the GA officially begin and end?

The GA will officially begin with dinner on the 26th at 6pm for stay-in participants.  It ends on September 30 after the closing ceremony. Lunch is included for stay-in participants.

May I extend my stay in Bayview Beach Resort beyond the GA and how much would each extra night cost me?

Yes, of course, you may extend your stay in Bayview Beach Resort even after our GA is done! It’ll cost you only US$ 55 per room, per night- and is incluhttps://www.ataasia.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=15904&action=edit#sive of breakfast. And should you choose to extend your stay, ATA will do the booking for you! You just need to let us know the details of your arrival and departure.

Will we be given copies of the papers presented?

Yes, you will be given copies of the presentations.  But since we’ve gone fully paperless, we will no longer be printing them and instead we will be sending you a link to access them.

Will we have an opportunity to go around Penang during the GA?

Yes, we have left Wednesday afternoon open for those who may wish to go on tour. The tour is not mandatory nor is it pre-arranged though.

Does the registration fee include airport transfers?

Unfortunately, the registration fee does not include airport transfers. We will send instructions to get to the hotel from the airport.
